My initial goal was an overcast setting to create a soft, diffused look. However, during the process, I found that achieving the right level of realism while keeping the car visually striking required a different approach.
After experimenting, I pivoted to a golden hour setup, which naturally enhanced reflections and contrast, making the render more dynamic. This choice allowed for better material definition and a stronger overall composition.
